      Pros

      I can genuinely say that it feels like being part of a close-knit community. The company’s authentic community values are evident in every interaction and decision, creating an environment where employees feel valued and supported. One of the standout features of Yardi is the long tenure of its employees. Many have been with the company for 10+ years, a strong testament to the work environment and the sense of camaraderie. One thing that isn't highly publicized is Yardi is authentically dedicated to philanthropy. Their commitment to giving back to the community is heartfelt and not merely a marketing pitch. It’s inspiring to see a company that truly cares about making a positive impact beyond its own walls.

      none at this time. Comp can always be better but that's relative.

      Decent place to grow

      Pros

      Good place to learn and grow and most colleagues are nice and helpful.

      Cons

      Logging all your activity and time and having to hit certain metrics with the log time to show you’re “working”. A very micromanaging tactic that is tedious for employees. Who cares about log time if employees can get their work done on time and with quality? Old school culture, not really any perks like good lunches or socials.
