Pros

-It's a job -People are friendly -Food truck wednesdays

Cons

While working here and trying to recover from some severe health problems, my manager called me in to discuss the quality of my work. And that was fair - at the time I was suffering from massive fatigue and brain fog. I don't like sharing with just anyone about my health complication but in this instance it was unavoidable. So I explained my situation to her. Rather than respond in an understanding or supportive way, she simply said, "Well it's possible you may never recover from this. You have to accept that and move on." I was taken aback but didn't say anything as I needed the work. I couldn't understand how or why she could so casually suggest I had to accept my absolute worst nightmare. Yardi obviously doesn't give a damn about the wellbeing of its employees and just sees them as work horses. I'm much happier now that I no longer work there.

Pros

Health benefits office activities and food, nice office space in Roswell, Ga somewhat relaxed environment at times casual dress. No remote from home unless you’re management or a favorite employee

Cons

YES energy is poorly organized and managed! I reaper RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN!! Do not apply. I’ve seen too many good employees work hard never get promoted or Pay increase. They lost several of their most Valuable employees both in Atlanta and Colorado Springs office management is horrible the pay is below average in the atmosphere can be somewhat toxic the wrong people are getting promoted meanwhile the hard workers are being swamped with more work and more responsibilities with no pay increase! And why do people bring their kids and babies to work???

We continue to grow within the Energy Management field and have recently acquired some companies specializing in the Energy marketplace. While we have made some changes in the past year, they’ve had a positive impact at our YES Energy offices. Best of luck in your future!

Pros

It is really difficult to come up with some Pros. Friendly coworkers.

Cons

Terrible pay Terrible bonus Stuck in the early 2000's. You get locked into old technology that management is not willing to update. Management pushes for everything to be released NOW - half complete, full of bugs Zero planning or documentation - they don't even know what the customer wants Deceptive selling
