Pros

1. You'll work alongside some great colleagues. 2. Management is very lenient with the PTO policy. 3. Benefits are great. 4. No Micro-management or at least on my team, we were never micro-managed. 5. Location is in a great part of Atlanta - Roswell/Alpharetta area. 6. My team lead was great and was always there for me. 7. You'll learn a lot of different things here. These include SQL, Accounting, etc. just to name a few. 8. 99% of the clients that you'll work with are great people. You can have some entertaining and hilarious conversations with the client while trying to fix their issue over the phone. 9. The dress code is great. You don't have to come in, in business attire. You can wear jeans throughout the week. You can even wear shorts with flip-flops and a t-shirt. 10. Yardi is a great place to learn about software/tech/property management/accounting. If you decide to move on from Yardi after a few years, these skills will be highly valued on the job market.

Cons

1. The Pay. For the work and the volume of work that you do, they don't compensate you adequately. 2. Communication between teams. I had a difficult time grasping that a company of this size and with the resources it has available, it could not develop an internal communication system. Microsoft Lync, email, phone calls between people on different teams doesn't work. 3. There isn't a whole lot of upward mobility. You and your colleagues aren't going to get promoted unless a current manager vacates their seat.

Pros

All benefits paid.

Cons

This was an OK company to work at, but after a few months I knew I wouldn’t be here long. It’s definitely laid back and you will not end up with a demanding work load. I told my boss on a number of occasions that I didn’t really have anything to do and it took me a while to get that they just don’t care about challenging employees. Which leads me to the next thing which plenty of reviewers stated: there is absolutely ZERO growth. No matter how good or bad you are, no movement. Unless you are the 0.05 percent that a) started working there in the 90’s or b) somehow became a VPs favorite. Favoritism was rampant in sales. Positions and promotions given to a very select few and the same were not given to everyone. Very clique-y. The small handful of upper management are nice, but they are the sole decision makers for the company and are traveling all the time and/or out of touch with daily operations in each dept. I knew I had to leave when the results of the 1st company survey were being presented by the CEO and he said all of the negative or critical reviews were from disgruntled employees. I think a lot of the fresh out of college hires think they have a super cool culture b/c they have never worked anywhere else. Once they hit mid to late 20s they leave. This place is a sea of cubicles and their idea of a fun activity is sitting in a circle in a big room and eating a catered lunch for everyone’s birthdays and forcing people to tell stories. The pay is way too low for how profitable this company is and the location in SB.

Pros

Lax work hours, great location, positive people, great benefits. Lots of food truck options and very close to the beach.

Cons

Terrible pay - lowest in the industry. Yearly reviews are nice, but offer only 3%-8% raise potential. Disorganized management and very high turn-over makes for inefficient work flow since no one really knows what's going on with the overly complex products. In-office training is a great idea, but needs much development. Market saturation is the focus and the products are often patched later - quality of products is concerningly low. Systems in use depend on very outdated web browsers (IE 9). Clients are often confused as to what's going on with Yardi as employees leave due to financial strain.
