      - Team Leads and Managers are helpful and engaged. - Very stable environment. - Large organization with lots of avenues and teams to potentially explore. - Good benefits and profit sharing.

      Cons

      - Inter-department communication is messy, rarely feels like everyone is on the same page. - Pay is not competitive. - Management is helpful, but often overloaded and not consistently available.
