      Repetitive. If you don't want to cold call, this might not be the best place

      Worst company hike every

      Pros

      If your manager is good you will have a better work life balance, or else you will have to work at least 14hrs Daily.

      Cons

      Very very low hikes. No consideration of employee. Will make you work for long hours and then pay you nothing. Don't go for initial hikes, later they will reduce it to so low that you wont be happy at all.
