Helping teammates. Positive environment. Understanding Managers. If you perform really good, helps you to grow in and with the organization.

Cons

You might not get noticed at times. Your performance might be brilliant but to keep everyone happy they can give same appraisal to everyone.

Account Manager Experience (utilities side in Colorado Springs, formerly known as YES Energy)

Pros

Good health insurance, access to low-fee 401(k) through Fidelity, decent work-life balance. Yardi Energy will work with you if you have kids. Great experience.

Cons

Fairly outdated and old-school business atmosphere (for a software company). Promotional opportunities can be fairly limited at times, and training in skills that are necessary for promotions may be difficult to find. Salary is average for the industry.
