Great people, not so great management

Pros

Most people are friendly and approachable Decent benefits plan Family owned business and good business culture, but only at the top level in the U.S Culture in Sydney is very un-australian due to heavy international influence from specific regions

Cons

Appointed managers are tactless and lack people skills (only exception here is the cloud managers) Management tends heavily towards micro-management Working from home is not allowed Promotions are politically motivated, rather than based on actual leadership skills

1. Working hours are bad, need to completed 8 hours daily or avg 8 hrs per month. 2. Cafeteria outside, washroom outside, so issues in login hours.

Pros

Everyone was easy to talk to, benefits were great, and there was always flexibility.

Cons

Cubicles everywhere, it was easy to get lost, and sometimes it was a little difficult to find who you're looking for. Security is really tight, and it was a little annoying to always swipe in and out.
