      Favoritism No Action from Management on complaints for Seniors Growth does not depends on your knowledge but depends on number of years you spend there. No Employee retention

      just left with a bitter taste

      Nice people, nice office building, mostly professionals

      Cons

      -salary, they claim it is competitive with the market but in reality is a bit lower -no perspective of switching positions(except for few cases), not an option to advance in a management position(especially for women) -very few benefits -they are not open to suggestions
