      Great place to work with good balance in work and personal life. It has a good management. The jobs are safe and have good working condition

      Yet to find some issues, as soon as we get will update. Till then things are good for now

      One of the Best Companies I've Ever Worked For

      Pros

      Yardi is really one of the best companies I've ever worked for. You have a lot of autonomy to do your job well, and I think managers are motivational. Definitely need to be resilient and adaptable to change - it's software, if we're not innovating or changing our products then we won't do well. Great environment for someone who seeks a fast-paced environment and wants to work with clients.

      Cons

      With any location that's not in corporate, I wish we had some of the perks that they have in Santa Barbara. We do fun things around our office, but seems like SB is where it's at. Medical coverage is great and benefits are pretty good - their 401k needs some work. Would like to see a pay increase across the board, even just at 4-5%

It look like in May the office had a very fun Cinco de Mayo Potluck Luncheon and gets bimonthly fruit deliveries! There’s a team of employees in each office that work together to make sure all office are sharing events and having fun.
