      Pros

      Full benefits, worldwide located, yearly bonus and profit sharing, pleasant work environment, community focussed, every day is a casuals day, managers are always willing to help

      Cons

      Within a year, i have not had any bad experiences. The company cares equally for its clients as well as employees.

      Pros

      The culture is amazing. Everyone is super friendly and always willing to help. Management is not stuck up and truly cares about their employees.

      Cons

      There were not cons at Yardi.

      Friendly environment to work in

      Pros

      Casual work environment. Company tries to make it fun. 3 weeks holidays to start plus 5 personal days. Growing company, stable. For most positions there is no expectation of work outside office.

      Cons

      9 hour day is standard. 1 hour lunch mandatory. Little flexibility around that. No work from home options even though this is a SaaS company. Opportunities for upward movement are limited despite the growth.

      It’s true that depending on each position we do need employees in the office throughout the day. We believe in a strong work/ life balance and lunch breaks are a great time to step away and refresh half way through the day! Thank you for taking the time to leave a review.
