Great company to work for, great culture. They take care of their clients, and employees. Great benefit package as well.

Cons

Limited opportunity for growth, and salaries do not keep up with the cost of living in Santa Barbara or California. Difficulty recognizing talent and promoting valuable employees.

Pros

-Great people and great work environment. -If you are loyal to Yardi they are loyal to you. If a project moves elsewhere they will try to re-assign you to something else. -Great benefits

Cons

-Limit career opportunities. Smaller office and therefore limited opportunities for advancement. -Communication between offices can be a challenge. Although it is nice to get to know people from all over it can be difficult to communicate between many different offices in many locations.
