Easy going and laid back not much challenges

1. 8 hrs working 2. Located in the heart of city 3. Excellent work life balance 4. Yearly bonus Thats it.. I don't have any other pros.

Cons

1. No cab facility. 2. No canteen facility in Senet premises. 3. No recognition for good performance. No HR policies like 'Pat on the back' for good performance. 4. Dull crowd (mostly) 5. Marathi influence. 6. Less onsite opportunity 7. Still working on Dotnet framework. Not much scope for Automation. 8. No referral policy. 9. Not suitable for 3-4 exp level people. 10. Not much corporate tie-ups

While your building may not offer the food choices you would like, luckily there are many food locations in the surrounding area. Young, great talented people to work with. Ok health insurance.

Cons

Bad management. The team leader was appointed strictly based on seniority and the friendship she has with the manager and nothing is done about the lack of professionalism and knowledge she displays time and time again. Hardworking, talented employees receive no aknowledgement for their efforts except on their yearly reviews and all the focus is on the negative. "Friendly reminders" are sent to all employees to put them in their place (for them not to be late, be at their stations etc), instead of adressing singular cases. This does nothing except get the good ones even more frustrated. I have witnessed countless displays of passive agression towards employees and nothing to counterbalance it. The annual raises are not merely enough to keep people around as the environment is kept (sometimes it feels on purpose) basically toxic.

immediate management is level headed,fully paid insurance, competitive salary, and Mr. Yardi is a great man.

Cons

HR is awful and very disliked and not trusted throughout the office, it's majority of the reason things won't get better there. The other reason is the director who actually tells new employees that until the day he showed up, things were a mess. He constantly belittles employees and won't let his own ego out of the way.

While the Colorado Springs office has gone through many changes in the past year we are continuing to work on improvements.
