      Pros

      Co-workers are amazing. Very positive company culture. Family friendly and engaged. Management is methodical and makes great decisions. Company is steered by Anant who has an uncanny vision to always go in the right direction.

      Cons

      Not a very transparent path for career growth. Job descriptions aren't clear enough. Not easy to understand next steps. Salary is not as competitive compared to other IT Industry related jobs.

      Family owned. Mr Yardi is still heavily involved in the business and is well respected in the industry.

      Cons

      Company is growing fast and having trouble managing the fast growth.
