Pros

Laid back and flexible approach to work. good training and good products. Limited politics, Generally nice people and well balanced work environment

Cons

No increase to annual base salary for sales, no bonus, in the bottom 25% in industry for salary Lack of communication to/from senior management, no visibility on strategy. Cannot talk to my bosses boss - just no interest from that level in what we do. Great product but poor delivery of consulting services leaves clients waiting a long time to be made happy

Pros

Yardi is a great place to work. It is a very laid back environment, but where everyone gets their work done and clients are very satisfied.

Cons

While the free health insurance is awesome, the other benefits tend to be more limited than many other tech companies in the area.

Pros

- The leadership within the company is outstanding. There is a sense of trust and respect for the employees from management. - The work environment is very casual and relaxed. It's not uncommon to see employees wearing flip flops or basketball shorts. I think everyone wears what they are comfortable in, which goes a long way in quality of life at work. - Most employees have up to two months of training before starting on any real work. There is no rush to burden the employees with responsibilities. The management wants employees to truly understand their position and feel confident before going forward.

Cons

- Once hired, it can be a slower process to be promoted and move up within the company. However, if you stick with it, you can make great money over time.
