Pros

I've only been here for less than a year but I truly love this company. I love my job and it's been a huge difference from my previous job. The people, the atmosphere, and the location of the office building is GREAT! I actually look forward to coming into work. We are constantly growing and it's such a wonderful site to see. Health benefits is great as well.

Cons

No bonuses. At my old job, I was able to interact and talk to my boss easily. However, due to my current Boss' busy schedule, it's hard at times to talk to him despite his open door policy. So sometimes feel invisible.

Pros

Senior peoples in organization are supportive and helps/guide to juniors to perform.. There are many peoples with company who are being with company for 5-10 years are the actual backbone of Yardi. Market position of Yardi product is good and career opportunity in the market is good. I recommend the company to girls/married women.

Cons

Yardi management - You will find few managers doing nothing and enjoying success of company while peoples who are doing really good struggling to get the opportunity because of those managers. Politics in management(Monopoly) like most of organization

Pros

Awesome culture, an industry leader, great reputation, many products/solutions, solid benefits. Yardi is a good company to work for and I'd much rather be on this team then one of our competitors. We're constantly evolving our solutions to meet our client's needs and we continue to grow revenues. Others can't say this.

Cons

like anywhere there are things I'd like to change but they're not huge things and unless you own your own business there'll always be things you'd like to see different that are out of your control.
