      Pros

      The company is a friendly place to work. The people are pleasant to work with and the clients that use the system are also nice to work with.

      Cons

      The pay is not great and the annual bonus are laughable. This is astonishing considering how much money the company is worth.

      Thank you for your positive feedback about your experience in our Raleigh office. In regards to compensation, our salaries are benchmarked against national norms. Additionally, salary is only one component of your overall compensation, along with paying 100% of your health care premium, a FSA plan, 401k, profit sharing, bonuses when deserved, etc. We encourage you to talk to your supervisor to discuss more frequent performance reviews and opportunities to grow within your position.
