Cons

Can be disorganized at times and do not like paying slaes people.

Thank you for your review. The laid back culture is a great addition to all of the amazing benefits Yardi offers to employees! Without more information it’s hard to know where you are seeing the disorganization. There were some changes this year within Sales. Sales employees receive a base salary each month and have the ability to also earn commissions based on meeting specific goals for their region. We encourage you to reach out to your direct manager to review your goals and territory and discuss your concerns.

Yardi also offers tuition reimbursement for classes related to your position. This is a great way to learn more and develop skills within your field.

Included insurance Great company culture Feel like the company really cares about its employees Room for upward growth Company gives back through charity and encourages participation

Cons

Pay is low for industry Only do reviews for the entire company once a year so if you are hired at the wrong time it can take longer to get bumps in pay and title. This causes issues with people with higher skill levels and productivity to wait longer than less accomplished employees for the same milestones

We appreciate your detailed feedback and are glad that our efforts to show we care for our employees are noticed. “The Balance Sheet,” Yardi’s Corporate Blog is a great place to learn more about the nonprofits we work with, learn fun facts about co-workers in spotlights, and see how the company is growing. All of our salaries are benchmarked against national norms and salary is only one component of your overall compensation, along with paying 100% of your health care premium, a FSA plan, 401k, profit sharing, bonuses when deserved, etc. When the company was smaller each person was reviewed on their anniversary but with our rapid growth managers needed a more efficient way to review. If you have any specific suggestions please discuss with your manager or HR.
