Pros

The people and culture at Yardzen are great - it's so amazing to work with horticulturalists, engineers, landscape architects, interior designers, landscape contractors, and top-tier business operations people all in one place. Lots of opportunities for growth here.

Cons

It's difficult to come up with many cons here. It's a fast-paced work environment, which suits me, but might not be ideal for everyone.

Pros

The company has neat ideas and a wide open market to capture. Management listens and actually acts on feedback. Other employees are down to earth and people I enjoy working with.

Cons

The tech stack is a joke but there's action on fixing issues and moving to a modern stack to lay a good foundation as we grow.
