99.9% of everything. I was told when I was hired that there would be bonus potential. That was a lie.
My reviews weren’t based on fact, no actionable or measurable feedback on what I could do to improve the scores. While I voiced I didn’t agree, I nodded along and tried to show improvement then was belittled for watching my own back. CYA!
The leadership has no formal training, mostly just promoted after a year with no developmental insight. (Literally I did most of one ‘manager’s’ job in the months leading up to their promotion while they made mistake after mistake.)
They’ll ask you to do more work and if you stand up for yourself asking for a raise or bonus to take on additional responsibilities - you’ll be gaslit and threatened. My boss hated me because she couldn’t sway me into agreeing with her and her bad choices. Additionally, I wasn’t listened to and though I told my direct boss that certain types of behavior made me uncomfortable - she continued to do them, calling it a growth experience.
Turnover is HIGH. They’ve also asked most of their employees to give the favorable reviews.
