Pros

The people and culture at Yardzen are great - it's so amazing to work with horticulturalists, engineers, landscape architects, interior designers, landscape contractors, and top-tier business operations people all in one place. Lots of opportunities for growth here.

Cons

It's difficult to come up with many cons here. It's a fast-paced work environment, which suits me, but might not be ideal for everyone.

Pros

There are some of the most empathetic and lovely people in the engineering org with whom I have ever worked.

Cons

As a new company there is obviously going to be some growing pains, but so far it's been well handled by management.

Extremely welcoming, open and supportive work culture. Lots of opportunities for professional development and advancement. Ability to work remotely from home. Salary and benefits packages are VERY competitive for the positions.

Cons

It is a fast paced, start-up style environment which can be challenging but in the best way!
