Pros

A big part of what makes Yardzen so special is the people that I get to work with on a daily basis. From the co-founders to our newest teammates, everyone is up for taking on new challenges and ready to help each other out at a moment’s notice. It has also been incredibly rewarding to hear anecdotes from our clients about what a new outdoor space means to them and their families. I truly feel fortunate to work here and the sense of community makes it feel like I am part of something much bigger than myself.

Cons

I honestly haven’t had any negative experiences at Yardzen. With any startup, you need to be flexible and able to handle the fast-paced nature as new challenges arise, but I see this as more of a pro!

Amazing partnership, camaraderie, and all hands on deck dynamic. It's a fast paced work environment and no two days are the same. Yardzen is having a huge, positive impact on the lives of our clients and being a part of building this company is such a special opportunity.

Cons

I came to Yardzen in pursuit of being a part of an innovative team and the opportunity to wear many hats/ help shape the future of this business. That is exactly what I've found! No cons as long as you are ready to work hard and hustle!

It’s incredibly inspiring to be a part of a talented team of leaders, landscape architects, engineers, and designers who are all working toward the same set of goals.

Cons

A given at any startup: you must be willing to adapt quickly and step into other roles from time to time.
