Yardzen truly cherishes every employee and delighting the client is top of mind, always. Collaborative teamwork is the standard and the feedback culture is unrivaled. Yardzen has an amazing and caring CEO with a team full of extremely talented individuals.

Genuinely no cons. This company is extraordinary and so innovative- get ready for hard work!

Pros

Throughout my time at Yardzen, I found the positivity to be authentic and the collaboration with peers very genuine. The team is remote and small but very well connected through Slack and video meetings. There is a true focus on the client.

Cons

Since the company is still growing, there is not a career path for most at this time. I believe this will come as the success of the company continues to build and the need for a larger organization becomes a need in the business.
