Growing company with growing pains but a lot of room for personal growth

Pros

The company has neat ideas and a wide open market to capture. Management listens and actually acts on feedback. Other employees are down to earth and people I enjoy working with.

Cons

The tech stack is a joke but there's action on fixing issues and moving to a modern stack to lay a good foundation as we grow.

Pros

Very supportive teammates, very professional atmosphere, and a really exciting company and environment to be a part of.

Cons

Only con is getting used to an all-remote position and finding ways to get to know people outside of meetings, trainings, etc.

- Management is transparent, open to feedback and always looking to innovate. - The support you receive as an employee feels organic. - The founders are genuine, caring and fully involved. They provide great leadership and create an awesome culture. - Flexible work environment. The team is remote but going into the office is an option. - Inclusive environment with a team of incredibly talented and passionate individuals from diverse backgrounds.
