The shutdown, vacation, and holidays are unmatched: you get a ton of time off. The matching 401K was nice. Benefits were solid. The work wasn't too difficult.

Cons

Yates employees do the exact same work as Nissan employees and get paid significantly less. If you are in a particularly valuable position, you will never get the opportunity to convert to Nissan -- why would they? They get the work out of you at 75% of the market rate. Seriously. If you are in an Admin/Analyst position, you need to 100% reconsider working there -- you are being underpaid by a significant amount of money. There are no regular reviews so you never know how you're doing, what you're actually bringing to the company, and what you need to improve on.
