Pros

Decent pay, good benefits, intuitive healthcare plans, 401k plans, equal opportunity employer, steady and manageable work schedule, great people and management team.

Cons

The only cons I can think of is that it is factory and manufacturing work. The schedule is anything but flexible and the work is taxing to the body and mind-numbingly boring if you are interested in using your brain.

Good benefits Discount buying Nissan cars Uniforms bought for you Two bonuses per year, one in the summer, one in the winter.

Cons

Very hard work. You work directly beside Nissan employees who get paid twice what you are paid. You must take time off during shutdowns.
