Pros

Reliable source of income, and they pay good for most of the jobs in my opinion. Stay for a long time and show you're somewhat intelligent and you'll move up eventually.

Cons

It's a factory, don't get your expectations too high. Have to stay for approximately 8-10 years to move up most of the time from what I seen. Unless you develop relationships, but that's everywhere.
