Pros
Only if you pass their unfair PET courses then you have a chance at the good-paying easy jobs. Otherwise you're their slave. The training for their positions I was able to land shows an easy job you don't even do. I guess no fatalities like in other parts of the plant.
Cons
No matter how fast you work you'll most likely be treated like crap and/or told to go faster. Some of us can only move at a steady pace you know! Unpredictable work schedule. Rude coworkers (first time was my trainer when I went through another temp service. I'm pretty sure he didn't like me because he was a fat old redneck and I'm a "Yankee". The second time was this time around. There was this little boy with a New Orleans Saints baseball cap who looked like Justin briber. He would get angry at me because one of the jobs I did I didn't set his rack up straight. Me and high-strung people don't get along. Basically, unless you enjoy working yourself to death, you'll probably be miserable and quit within the first month. Oh yeah and you don't even get benefits right away.
