Nightmare of a place to work, particularly on truck line

Paychecks can be good, especially with mandatory overtime Winter and summer plant shutdowns, having holidays off Car line has a tendency of being better staffed

Cons

Toxic work environment, including cliques Most jobs are redundant or counterproductive compared to the work the Nissan guys do Wear and tear on your body will accumulate. Repetitive strain injuries will eventually get to you, if not wake you up at night Little to no flexibility for medical or family reasons No teamwork mentality Turnover is extremely high
