As a part-time worker, you'll get the hours you sign on for every week, with consistent scheduling. Schedule changes are infrequent and you'll get fair notice. As a full-time worker you'll be doing at least 40 hours a week, and as much as ~62, sometimes with more optional. There has been partial (80%) compensation on cancelled workdays if you are told not to come in.
Cons
