Business Outlook
Pros
Good benefits. Like any job, need to do research and walk in with negotiating a good compensation. Building was nice and co-workers were friendly. Upper management took the time to learn my name and set up 1 on 1 meetings during my first few months.
Cons
My immediate supervisor was clueless about my job. Passive aggressive behavior and not friendly. Good workers get overlooked. No work life balance. Glass building is nice to look at but not comfortable in the summer.
