Idiotic and unethical management, no strategic direction, lack of innovation, doesn't appreciate employees, terrible compensation relative to work performed, Japan calls all the shots while NA exec team are puppets.

Putting up with bad management, did not care about the general picture, just there preferences, which included nit picking over every little thing and always micro managing being highly strict.. A lot of favoritism, you get treated different if they just don't like you personally, and corporate does not seem to care of any of its facilities in general.
