      Pros

      None that I can come up with.

      Cons

      Company does not value people and could care less about the commitment given by its employees. This company is on it’s 5th CEO in 10 years and is indicative of the lack of direction at the top. Morale is at an all time low and the new CEO has been labeled as a “Hatchet Man”. Stay Away!

While transformation can undoubtedly be difficult for some individuals, the vast majority of our employees are behind the company’s direction and enjoy working at Yazaki North America. The company recently concluded an employee engagement survey. Our sample size of more than 11,000 employees (with an 84% response rate) indicates that three-quarters of our workforce agree or strongly agree that – • They have confidence that senior management is leading the company in the right direction. • They are satisfied with Yazaki as a place to work. Yazaki is focused on putting the right people, in the right jobs, at the right locations to position it to leverage the Connectivity, Autonomy, Electrification, and Sharing Economy (CASE) advanced mobility trends.

      Good benefits package, nice campus and atmosphere.

      Cons

      No room for growth. Everyone is stuck in the same position they have been in for 15-20 years.

      Very relaxed and supportive environment. Willing to hire young professionals with minimal experience and train them to where they need to be. Reasonable starting pay.

      Cons

      Very difficult to move up or get pay raises. Not very willing to go out of their way to keep good employees.
