      Friendly associates. Modern facility. Decent but not great benefits.

      Cons

      Lack of recognition. Lack of accountability. Poor merit structure. Poor Executive leadership. Management has to be forced to make decisions. Has not performed as well as competitors within the industry following industry meltdown. Poor communication top to bottom of the organization. Poor execution of plans.

      Pros

      My manager was a great person to work for. If you are located in the Canton, MI building you have a great indoor place to walk when you need a break from your desk. Some work from home opportunities exist to help with work/life balance, but if you are able to use that is really manager-specific.

      Cons

      Lean principles were taught during the SAP implementation, but were never embraced by Yazaki N.A. as a company. Implementation team members were never allowed to bring those techniques to the rest of the company and many of them were severed.
