      Favoritism and bad management

      Pros

      Great Pay and benefits. Other than that everything else pretty much sucked.

      Cons

      Putting up with bad management, did not care about the general picture, just there preferences, which included nit picking over every little thing and always micro managing being highly strict.. A lot of favoritism, you get treated different if they just don't like you personally, and corporate does not seem to care of any of its facilities in general.

      Pros

      1). Flexible Hours - 9am to 3pm are required core hours 2). Nice Facility 3). Enjoyable work setting with friendly employees

      Cons

      1). Non-competitive pay with limited promotions/ merit increases 2). No job training 3). No career advancement opportunities 4). Every facet Management 5). Price fixing involvement = embarrassing

      Pros

      There are/were good people there, but that's where the pros end. I don't have a positive thing to say about this place other than the people.

      Cons

      I've never been at a place where the good ol' boy network runs more rampant than it does at YNA. If you're not a member of this network, you'll constantly be looked over or worse, targeted for elimination.
