Pros

Organization is committed to its mission, employees are fun, and the work is challenging. Good job that will allow you to work on a variety of projects, both inside and outside of your functional role. Also, all staff members get to work with students on a daily basis.

Cons

Pains of a growing organization (too fast, too soon), hard to find work/life balance, and salary is not always competitive with the marketplace

Pros

Year Up is an amazing opportunity for young adults to get a life long career. You get a free college education and skills that will actually land you a career

Cons

The pay is very low during L&D and no chance of a raise. I honestly have had no other problems with Year Up besides that, but be mindful the work load is very heavy.
