Pros

Great opportunities for personal growth, to work directly with students even if your role is indirect, and lots of encouragement to stretch yourself and expand your skills.

Cons

Fast-paced, growing company is not a fit with everyone's ideal workstyle and culture. I love it, but consider whether this works well for you before applying.
