Pros

Strong alumni network and good internships (if you can get one!!).

Cons

Over half the class got inadequate customer service internships instead of promised roles. Many didn't get internships at all. Strict standards for trainees not followed by staff. Meager stipend.

- Great mission - Working directly with trainees is super rewarding

- Poor leadership communication and decision making - Decisions about day to day work is being made without the folks in the day to day
