micromanagement at times, alot of work outside of your scope dumped on you

- Year Up is a strenuous course, although it pays off in the end you must sacrifice a lot of your time for a whole year.

Cons

Sometimes you won't be advocated for in the right way, long required hours.

Pros

Great opportunity to get a head start if you don't have a degree

Cons

Job security at risk as a non-profit it's no gaur you won't be laid off, also you're often off loaded work that has nothing to do with your job title, another red flag is when I got hired they offer 62K this same job under any title is not nearly 7K less in annual pay.
