Lost Their Way

Pros

Local staff are supportive of each other and committed to trainees who are incredible and motivated.

Cons

Current leadership is incompetent when it comes to running a program but expert at gaslighting. They've abandoned the mission in response to their arrogance while enjoying a sweet gig for themselves which translates to exploiting those they purport to serve. It's shameful.

Pros

- The mission is relevant and makes tangible changes to the participants - Good benefit (Salary is pretty good for a non-profit, $2500 PD fund every year, Medical & Dental included, and 401K 3% matching) - Opportunities to move to different department, location, and promotion

Cons

- Job security has been shaky recently with 15% layoff - A lot of initiatives without a proper planning with the staff on the ground - National and regional leadership seems too far away for us to give inputs
