      Good insurance and other benefits, a laid back environment, easy going if you need time off for family, and most employees are very friendly

      Cons

      Low starting pay with no raises or promotions, quick to fire long term employees, and sexual harassment company wide is uncomfortable

      Most of the people that work in the store are good people that are willing to help you succeed.

      Cons

      Low salary for in shop mechanics. Lots of stress to get the jobs done efficiently without having the proper tools and equipment that the company is supposed to supply.

      I was told when I accepted the job that I would be working in OK. Once I started they told me I was going to NWA to work for 6 months. It's been 11 months and I'm still here
