      Family oriented company that doesn't sweat the small stuff and comes with great benefits, nearly impossible to get fired

      Cons

      No room for advancement, middle management has no real authority and upper management is very out of touch, many incompetent coworkers

      That change the rules all the time and tell you all kinds of things to get you to do what they want you to do.
