Opportunity if you are system affected. A steady paycheck and decent benefits.

Cons

Incompetent managers that don't care about you or the ins and outs of the job. Non-existent performance reviews. No accountability for the middle and upper management. Personality-driven clicks. Systemic problems get blamed on the messenger. You would be well advised to STAY AWAY.

Give you a company car which you will need to sleep in because they pay peanuts and want you to work twelve hour days.

Cons

Too many to list... But heres a few -delivery vehicles are unsuitable for beverage distribution -management is completely out of touch with how route sales work -no room for advancement, management will hire their buddies over someone who genuinely busts their behind day after day -will want 50+hours a week... At 35k a year you'll be well below minimum wage and overtime is not paid. -you will be unable to take any vacation time you accrue as they are constantly shorthanded

Spent 3 years there with lack of support and clarity from upper management and leadership. Favoritism, lack of job security unless you are in the ‘boys club’.
