Upper management is inept. All the effort to build relationships with customers goes to waste with inconsistent delivery service. You would be well advised to stay away from this company.

Early on, the job was fun, if disorganized. Work hard, for little pay.

Cons

Management is terrible from top to bottom. The RRed Bullpeople arrived to much fanfare, with little results. The cohort that built the company is long gone. The Mission Statement is just hot air. You would be well advised to stay away.
