Pros

I got to work with some of the most incredibly talented people over the years at Yext.

Cons

-A lot of shake-up over the past couple of years with new leadership coming and going -Lack of investment in CS and put all their resources into the sales team even when retention was a huge issue -Multiple rounds of layoffs
