Pros

Chill place BP office (but going down) work life balance could be great, but could depends on the specific team AI adoption is not nonsense :)

Cons

no vision for a lot of products absolutely lower pay grades than the Hungarian market, like 30% below or more, even worse at higher positions (but still local hungarian site pos) there is no product management specific ppl could have advantages due personal favorism questionable decisions (layoff for product, design, even lower management - you are wasting your valuable workforce - but upper management never affected :) )

Pros

Working at Yext has been a fantastic experience so far. The remote setup is exactly what I was looking for—being able to work from home allows me to be both highly productive and present for my family, which has been a complete game-changer for me. Cons

Because Yext is so dynamic and operates at a high level, the pace of change can sometimes be a challenge to keep up with. While I love the challenge, it definitely requires constant attention to keep my workflows updated and ensure I’m always aligned with the latest processes. It’s a fast environment, which is great for growth, but it means you have to be very disciplined with your time management.
