Pros

Headline really says it all. Yext is working on a number of really cool projects right now. I find the work I am doing to be very interesting and I really feel like I am able to make meaningful contributions here. Additionally, they have built an amazing great culture at this company. I have worked at several big tech companies in the past, and none of them have compared to the atmosphere here. Overall would highly recommend.

Cons

At least my organization is starting to become stricter about who they allow to work 100% fully remote. The current recommendation is a few days in the office a week but they still allow a great deal of flexibility if you are traveling and want to work fully remote for a short period. Still, if your goal is to work fully remote you may have some issues getting approval.
