Challenging work, strong sense of camradarie

Work is interesting, and I get to talk to a lot of people and learn a lot. Lots of opportunities to move around within the company. Pizza on Tuesdays and social events every month or so. Good engineering practices: code reviews, CI/CD pipeline, Slack, etc. Lunch is provided with up to $17 per day allocated through Sharebyte. Business outlook has been strong while I've been here.

The people are definitely the highlight here, the working environment is fast paced and expectations are high, but everyone makes it a point to offer help and advice whenever it is needed, they really want to help you thrive and succeed here.

Cons

If anything, the division between different technical departments is pronounced and there isn't great effort to give employees opportunities to get to know each other, if you aren't working directly with someone or in their specific department.
