- some smart and fun co-workers - free lunch (not that free though) - good pto (when I was there)

Cons

- Ruthless severance package, Layoffs for 8% of the company was 1/21, vesting date of stock was 1/31, and not a single day of stock vesting acceleration was offered, and many employees only vest after an entire year. (draw your own conclusion to what this means - way below market rate for salary & stock. - Incompetent leadership with direction that changes every month - Lack of transparency, constant propaganda, and sudden layoffs - Terrible documentation with nobody knowing if a problem has been encountered before - Extremely slow HR response time, with complaints taking weeks to be addressed - High turnover rate with no pathway for growth - Responsibility creep with constantly increasing workload - Poor 401k benefits
