The company’s culture has changed dramatically over the past year, all under the guise of "cost savings." Layoffs have become a regular occurrence, yet leadership refuses to acknowledge them. Many roles were outsourced to Latin America, only for the company to later shift even more jobs to India once they found an even cheaper labor market. Meanwhile, executives remain untouched, protecting their own positions while repeatedly cutting lower-level employees to "save money".
