      Pros

      The people that I worked with at YipitData were amazing. I found everyone to be incredibly intelligent and resourceful, as well as a pleasure to be around. The company culture puts a lot of emphasis on impact, which motivated me to focus my efforts on tasks and projects that I felt were most likely to generate positive results for the company. The office space is beautiful and offers great perks like a stocked kitchen and bar.

      Cons

      The workload can be very heavy, and late nights or some weekend work are not uncommon. However, you are in control of your own time - no one will tell you when you need to be working as long as you continue to meet your goals and deadlines.

      Pros

      -Great work environment - open office space where everyone respects each other so it's never too loud. -Unique and exciting culture - allows for ownership over your own responsibilities. I feel like I'm never micro-managed and I'm challenged regularly. -Amazing people - everyone is very smart and ambitious. I am constantly learning from my coworkers. -Great benefits - unlimited vacation, flexible schedule/can work from home when needed, gym reimbursement, lunch Thurs/Fri, snacks, coffee and tea. Also, great events! Regular happy hours, Halloween party, holiday party, bi-annual hackathons, and more! -YipitData makes it great to come to work everyday.

      + intelligent and hardworking team that always pushes you to get better + culture of selflessness means your colleagues are looking out for each other and helping each other succeed + encouraged to admit your mistakes, then learn and grow from them, very empowering way to grow professionally and get better at what you do + a lot of transparency internally around company plan and financials makes you really feel like part of the future of the company + still small enough to feel really connected with everyone ++ company and leadership you can really believe in

      Cons

      Everyone is held to incredibly high standards because every employee is considered key to the success of the company. This is great for some but not everyone - you have to be ready to be very self reflective and work hard.
